Shantala Benjy and Heather Wetheimer kirtan concert benefiting Women’s Earth Allianceas part of their Unity in Community world tour will be hosted at the home of Samantha & Bradley Brown on the grounds of the Shakti Yoga Shala in Boulder Creek. The home is a circular medicine wheel that conducts energy into the earth and up into the heavens.  They sound will be outstanding and our prayers will be amplified. The kirtan will be held from 8:00-10:00pm and the suggested donation is $25. Description: Benjy Wertheimer is an acclaimed multi-instrumentalist (playing tabla, congas, percussion, esraj, guitar, and keyboards) and vocalist specializing in Indian classical music. He has played with a diverse range of musicians, including Carlos Santana, Paul Winter, and Narada Michael Walden. Heather Wertheimer is a nationally award-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist.  He is a long time apprentice of Zakir Hussain & Ali Akbar Khan.
