Ripples of Healing: Seeing Clearly and Massive Scales of Transformation

“When we heal something in ourselves we’re healing all of humanity. When we heal something in our families we’re healing something in every family. No distortions. Pure seeing.” – Elena Brower

Ripples

I got this from Elena the other morning during a yogaglo practice. It echoes what I’ve been feeling and thinking for some time.

I see an incredible gift being offered at this time of intensity and collective growth. Indeed, it’s a calling that people are hearing more than ever.

We have an opportunity to all speak our truth, to share our gifts, and to do so in the best ways for each of us. Yes, this opportunity has always been there. But now it is not only staring us in the face, but pretty much knocking down the door saying “Don’t you dare do anything other than live your truth!”

Because, to me, that’s what this is all about. Aligning with your truth and what you believe in.

We can do this together, supported—not alone—even though each of our hearts speak a different truth.

And as each and every one of us do this work, individually and collectively . . .

We can heal many, many wounds.

And the ripples are massive.

Massive.

All the archetypes are present.

The moment is now to step into love, power, and wisdom. Truth. Presence. Illumination.

I heal. You heal. John heals. Anusara heals. The circles keep going out, and out. And out.

And every heart feels it. Because we are all connected.

Right now I really see that every archetype at play. Healing on every level. It comes from stepping up with your own gift. If every one of us does this—and I think we are—the impact is enormous!

Have you heard this idea: Where when you heal yourself you also heal seven
generations before and ahead?

It’s a way of saying all healing ripples out. It’s happening now, all around the world. Every one of us is contributing.

Krishna tells Arjuna—and us of course:

“Do what must be done as it is your work—your dharma. Yet as you walk your path in life, if you choose to give every thought, word, and action to God, you will experience complete freedom, worry will vanish, and you will be carried by the wings of immeasurable Love.”

Speak your truth.

Be who you are.

You.

You are magnificent! No more hiding, abusing, or giving away your power.

You are cradled in the arms of love, and it has always, always been within you.

And you know how. Trust your own knowing. The guru is everywhere.

Weave your own tapestry, and as you do, remember again that we are all weaving together on the Grand Loom of All That Is.

Ripple, ripple.

People all over are "aligning with their truth" and not realizing that by doing so they are hurting others to no end. When will this ever stop?
