KK Ledford at The Wanderlust Festival

KK is a certified Anusara instructor who teaches classes at Yoga Tree Hayes in San Francisco.  This Saturday, August 8th she will be leading a workshop titled “The Sacred Feminine ~ Celebrating the Goddess Within”

Women are innately spiritual, intrinsically mystical. Rediscover the essence of Feminine Spirituality through self-reflection, discussion, and journaling. Explore movement and meditation, learning how self-acceptance and self-realization can help create physical and emotional harmony in life. This workshop will focus on menstruation and moon cycles.

For women of all ages committed to growth, self-empowerment, and celebrating life! Develop a deeper understanding of yourself and experience the power of participating in a circle of women. Nurture your connection to your nature and reawaken to the Sacred Feminine.
