It’s like this and like that and like this and uh, when straight out of Chi Town, Sarah Loves Life redefines “A hellafied gansta’ lean” by creating a parody using the sounds of Snoop and Dr. Dre as interpreted by the tenets of Anusara Yoga, turning Nothing But a G Thang into a Sri Thang.
Meanwhile, just in time for the holidays over at The Kitchn, they not only answer the question “Where can I find Yoga Pose Cookie Cutters?” But they point you to Baked Ideas, where you can purchase this gingerbread goodness, original or vegan, in a box of 10 each. Love that he smiles in every pose. 
We’re starting a new section on Bay Shakti where we will provide you with some Anusara offerings in the Bay Area. This will include, but not be limited to workshops and retreats beyond.
